I haven't mounted them under the cabinets yet but for the money I don't think this set can be beat! They are extremely sharp and cut like no other! You won't be disappointed and I am thinking about getting two more sets as Christmas gifts. After all of these years of seeing the commercials I am a believer!

I got these for my mother. They are super sharp, I would keep them in the block they came in so you won't get cut trying to grab them from a draw. They cut just like a sword does with little to no effort.
excellent quality

I was very pleased when I got to use my new set of knives, they are very sharp and also have a perfect weight, that makes them very easy to handle. I love cooking and this tool is a plus for me... I highly recommend it....
Great Knife Set!

I got this knife set a couple months ago and I haven't had any problems with it. I've always had knives handed down to me, so this was perfect for a first time starter set. The colors look great on my counter and the knives are super sharp. When I bought them, I didn't realize that all the knives in the set are serrated (except for the extra one that comes with it) so I was a little skeptical about how well they would work, but they work really well. I read the reviews that said they would rust easily, but I haven't had a problem with them. Great knife set for a great price

Have you ever bought knifes and realize that they don't cut or they go dull. Well if you cook as much as me and your knifes are a MUST these knifes are for you! I have never had such an awesome pair of sharp knifes as these. They cut through thick beef, chicken and fish like a warm butter knife on butter. I HIGHLY recommend these knifes for the everyday home cook. One more thing, don't leave your knifes on water or they will rust let them dry and put them back on the wooden knife holder please. Take care of your knifes and they will take care of you when you need them the most.
very sharp!

These are great knives, but be careful, I have cut myself more than once! I guess because I went from using dull knives to these and wasn't being careful enough! I wish I had gotten the steak knives too!
Good but not perfect

I've had these knives for several months now. They look good, have good weight, and are very sharp. I have noticed some rust staining on occasion that has taken extra effort to clean up.

The knives are attractive and sharp with a substantial feeling in terms of weight. We have noticed a couple of spots on one of them that look like rust. It won't wash off or wipe off. It doesn't affect the utility of the knife...more cosmetic. We will be watching as time goes on to see if other spots appear or these get worse. Thus our "they're OK" rating for the time being.
