Ginsu Stainless Santoku 7" Japanese-style cook's knife with cutting board. Commercial quality Japanese stainless steel is used in construction of the knife for strength, balance and style. The high carbon, stain resistant, Japanese stainless steel blade keeps a longer lasting edge. A traditional Kullens grind on the knife aides in mincing, dicing and slicing and helps prevent food from sticking to the knife.
